Michael Angelo is a seasoned attorney with a wealth of experience in public-sector labor law. With over 35 years of experience in the legal field, Michael has established himself as a leading expert in this complex and ever-evolving area of law.

After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron, Michael initially began his legal career representing union interests.  In 1988, he co-founded one of the premier public-sector labor boutique law firms representing management interests in Cleveland, Ohio.  He served as the lead negotiator and labor relations counsel for public entities through 2014, when he transitioned to a role as labor relations leader for one of the largest skilled nursing facilities in the U.S.  In 2022, Michael returned to his roots in representing public-sector clients in matters related to labor relations and collective bargaining.

Michael is highly respected in the legal community for his in-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations that govern public sector labor relations. He is a skilled negotiator who has represented management in matters involving nearly every public-sector union.
