Carla Kihorany joined Stefanik Iosue & Associates as a paralegal with over 20 years of experience. Carla assists in all aspects of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice, including the BWC group rating program offering extensive savings to Ohio employers, claims’ management, BWC/Industrial Commission filings and Motions, document and settlement preparation, and workers’ compensation litigation cases. She also has experience in and assists clients with employment law and labor relations matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Carla worked for several years at a large national firm working primarily in workers’ compensation, insurance defense and employment law. She has also had experience in a smaller, niche firm working closely with the partners in a managerial position for many business aspects of the firm.

Carla has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cleveland State University in Urban Management. Although Carla has had some prior experience working with the Plaintiff’s side of workers’ compensation and personal injury matters and litigation, she has spent the majority of her time in workers’ compensation defense to help assist employers and businesses throughout the state of Ohio.
